Farewell beautiful Victoria Park

Today is our last full day living in Victoria Park. I grabbed my camera and took these photos this morning for my future self.

A few things are already different like the directors chair replacing the beloved, huge potted plant because Dave had to drop things off at his brothers last night. However, I wanted these photos to be raw, real depictions of the place as it was today, our last day here.
I know that I will be so grateful to have these pictures to look back on to remember our sweet, sweet little home here in the beautiful Victoria Park neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale 2 miles to the beach. Our job allows us the opportunity to have many days off together so we have spent so much time these past 7 months I have officially lived here making memories I will forever cherish in this tiny apartment together.

I have learned a lot about myself and grew a lot here. I got more serious about my yoga practice and started meditating almost daily. I became vegan and cut most gluten out of my diet. I stopped smoking. I stopped taking A.D.D. medication. I got rid of almost all my possessions that ceased to bring me joy and almost everything that I own now fits in the Armoire and are only things I love. I truly started to live the life of my dreams with the most encouraging, kind man I have ever met.
I know that the end of this adventure leads to a new one. I am so grateful to be able to look back at my time in this tiny home with a full heart of happy, simple, good memories.
